Our 6" curtain buckram stiffening material is a heavyweight iron on buckram, fusible both sides for all curtain making and craft applications. You can use curtain buckram  instead of header tape if you're making traditional curtains like double pleat and triple pleat, with a more formal style heading. Our skilled curtain makers use 6" fusible buckram to make traditional double and triple pleat curtains to order.  You can use it for stiffening pelmets and tiebacks as well as for craft purposes like bag-making and millinery. Width of buckram : 6" / 15 cm This fusible buckram can be ironed on to the fabric and is great for:

Guidance

Price is per metre of iron on stiffening material for curtains and crafts. We will send out your tape in one continuous length, wherever possible; please alter quantity to the number of metres you require. If you are making your own curtains at home with our heavyweight iron on buckram and need help with calculating curtain fabric requirements please see our curtain making information. Please dry clean your double pleat and triple pleat curtains, don't machine wash.

Some haberdashery is also on sale in our shop in Bridport, Dorset, so on rare ccasions stock may not be available where it appears to be online. We do our best to avoid this, if this occurs we will contact you to discuss the options, most can be restocked.

So we can package them perfectly, all trims will be taken off the reel for dispatch. We try our best to always send trims in one continuous length although this is not always possible, we will contact you if this is
the case.
